حب أسود

أجبرت لانا على قول "أوافق" فيما لم يترك لفارس حتى حق الاعتراض. بعد سنوات، يعود ليطعن في زواج انتزع فيه الرضا بالإكراه، ليكتشف أن الحب لم يكن وحده ما سلب منه...

يزداد يقين لانا بمشاعرها تجاه فارس، فيما يزداد إصرار من حولها على دفعها في الاتجاه المعاكس. وبينما تتمسك بخيارها، يبدأ مجد بالتعامل مع الرفض وكأنه عقبة يجب التخلص منها.

يخلد وشم اللانهاية وعد فارس ولانا ويؤكد لهما أن مستقبلهما قد حسم. لكن حين تميل الكفة لمصلحة مجد، يصبح الغد الذي خططا له ورقة في يد غيرهما.

تمضي لانا سنوات وهي عالقة في الماضي، فيما يعود فارس إلى المدينة وقد حسم أمره. ومع تقاطع مساريهما في ظروف مختلفة تماما، تتبدل موازين كانت محسومة.

تفشل السنوات في إضعاف ما يربط لانا وفارس. لكن بينما يعجز كل منهما عن تجاوز الماضي، تبقى الظروف على حالها وتبدأ مايا بالتشكيك في رواية لم تعد تستقيم فصولها.

يتضح أن بعض الحسابات القديمة لم تغلق كما ظن أصحابها. وبينما ينقب مجد في الماضي، تهتز قناعات راسخة وتبدأ الرواية السائدة بفقدان تماسكها.

As Lana and Fares find new reasons to stay close, long-standing loyalties come under strain. And when people start acting on partial truths, good intentions could prove just as dangerous as bad ones.

A future that never came to pass begins drawing Lana and Fares back into its orbit. Elsewhere, Majd doubles down on a claim he refuses to relinquish, no matter the cost.

Some things are harder to let go of once they finally seem within reach. For Majd, that only makes them worth fighting harder for.

The line between commitment and coercion grows harder to ignore. And as Lana and Fares find themselves back where they left off, certain versions of the past begin demanding their due.

Nothing expands its reach quite like the fear of losing what was never freely given. Some arrangements, in particular, survive not because they are accepted, but because the alternatives are made unthinkable.

Some nights cast shadows long after everyone involved appears to have moved on. The longer that one night is examined, the less it resembles the story everyone involved learned to live with.

Competing interests have a way of drawing everyone into the equation. And once enough people have something to lose, remaining impartial becomes an exorbitant luxury.
